Many of our clients want to have PeopleGrove tightly integrated with existing systems. Even if we do not currently have an out-of-the-box integration for the CRM or other product you have, the good news is that almost any integration could be built using the tools here.
Our APIs are useful for pushing and pulling updates to and from the PeopleGrove system. We have endpoints to handle the updating of user data, the fetching of user updates, and various other requests. Our API is currently in its first version, so we are also happy to consider requests for new endpoints.

In addition to APIs, we also have webhooks available so that we can ping your external system when an update or activity happens within PeopleGrove. This is useful if you wish to make sure your external systems are updated in near real time. For information on adding a webhook, please contact our support team.
Can you bulk import users into your PeopleGrove platform via the API?
No, bulk imports need to be done via the bulk import tool either manually or through a recurring import. Updates can be made to existing users and one-off users can be added via the API.
Can you transition user types (i.e. students to alumni) via the API?
Yes, transitions can be done via the API (or in Explore Users manually). Details on transitioning are included in the API documentation.
