Great question! Your University site admin is responsible for approving new users onto the platform. It can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks for accounts to be approved. Once your account is approved by the site admin, you'll receive an email notification letting you know. Then you'll be able to access all the other features of the site!
For any questions regarding your approval status, you should contact your platform admins to ask about the delay.
There are a variety of reasons why you may not have been approved. You should contact your site admin to ask why they didn't approve your account! It's possible that they were unable to verify your information, or you may already have an account.
