Great question! Your University site admin is responsible for approving new users onto the platform. It can take a few days to couple weeks for accounts to be approved. Once your account is approved by the site admin, you'll receive an email notification letting you know and you'll be able to access all the other features of the site!
For any questions regarding your approval status, you should contact your platform admins to ask about the delay.
There are a variety of reasons why you may not have been approved. You should contact your site admin to ask why they didn't approve your account! Possible reasons include that they were unable to verify your information or you may already have an account.
