Overview
Learn how to maximize deliverability of emails sent from your PeopleGrove site!
This document explains how PeopleGrove sends email and what you can do to help make sure your email goes to your user's inbox.
How PeopleGrove maximizes deliverability
To maximize deliverability, we use separate email services for transactional and marketing email. We use Postmark for system emails and SendGrid for mass marketing emails, such as emails sent from Bulk Emails.
Add PeopleGrove's IPs and domains to Allow List
Your team can improve email deliverability for your institution's email domain by adding the following IPs and domains to your allow list:
- IPs to add to allow list:
- 50.31.156.96/27
- 104.245.209.192/26
- 167.89.95.129
- Domains to add to allow list:
- peoplegrove.com
- pgmail.peoplegrove.com
Increase deliverability through SPF/DKIM
Note: This section only applies if you are attempting to send mail from your domain through the PeopleGrove system. Emails from @peoplegrove.com addresses are confirmed with SPF/DKIM.
To help make sure your emails are delivered and trusted, we can add DNS records that will sign your emails. This grants PeopleGrove permission to send emails from our mail servers on your behalf.
For more information on this process, please view our Enabling DKIM/SPF to Improve Email Deliverability support article.
