This article will share how a mentor or a mentee (end users) can add a goal in their inbox. In addition, you will learn how these goals can be shared.
You (end users) can find your goals in your inbox. The inbox is located at the top right of your platform. It is represented by an envelope icon.
Once in your inbox, you can find your goals in the right third section of your Inbox. Goals you have created or that have been shared with you on in that right third section under the Goal tab. You can find your goals with a specific user by clicking their messages on the left third section. Once that individual is highlighted you will see the goals connected to that individual on your right third section in the Goals tab.
Adding a Goal
Once you have clicked on the message feed from the mentor or mentee you want to create a goal around you can begin the process of adding a goal. You start a goal by clicking the blue Add Goal button.
Elements of a Goal
There are 3 required steps for a new goal:
- Goal Title
- Goal description
- Add Goal button
There is one optional step for creating a goal. You may toggle the Shared? button to share the goal you have created with your mentor or mentee you have highlighted. You will also see their name next to the toggle button. Toggle it on for it to appear in their inbox as well.
